ABOUT JOSH WEST
For over 20 years, I've built and led small businesses including two successful exits. I know what it feels like when cash flow gets tight and payroll is due Friday. I know the feeling that nobody cares about this business as much as you do. I know what it's like when the business owns you instead of the other way around.
Before becoming an EOS Implementer, I spent 3 years running on EOS as part of a leadership team. I'm not just teaching a framework, I've lived inside it.
Today, my entire professional life is dedicated to helping business owners and leadership teams get unstuck, take control, and scale profitably. I'm tough, but fair. I work best with growth-minded leaders who are coachable and ready to do the work. No weak spirits.
When I’m not helping leadership teams scale great businesses, I’m traveling the world with my wife, Lauren, or playing golf with friends and business colleagues.
